Now we all know how important it is to fuel our bodies with good food, so kickstart your day right way with this perfect stack of protein pancakes! A good combination of protein and carbs so would be a great breakfast or a perfect post workout meal.

Ingredients needed:

  • 1 scoop of BPI Sports Vanilla Cookie ISO HD protein
  • 1/2 a banana
  • tsp of baking powder
  • tbsp of cocoa powder
  • 20g of oats
  • 150ml of egg whites
  • splash of water
  • 1 tsp of coconut oil

Instructions

You will need to add all your ingredients into a blender to make your pancake mix, if your mixture is too thick just add a little more water. You will then need to heat your coconut oil in a frying pan on a medium heat and cook your pancakes. Once you have cooked your pancakes then comes the fun part…. the toppings!! Here we have chosen dark chocolate and flaked almonds. For the chocolate sauce we just simply melted two squares of 90% cocoa dark chocolate and topped with almonds. Hope you enjoy!
