- 1 medium frozen banana
- BPI Sports Caramel Macchiato Keto Bomb
- 1 cup of coffee ☕️
- 100ml Alpro unsweetened almond milk
- 10g oats
- 1 tbsp of cocoa powder
First off you will need to make a cup of standard coffee and allow it to cool, once you have done so simply add all your ingredients including the coffee into your blender and blitz well, so quick so simple you could use ice as a replacement for the frozen banana if you’d like also! Give it a shot.
