Salted Caramel Protein Oats

As we all know, breakfast is a very important part of your day. So here we have a perfect recipe for you to start your day the right way – enjoy!


  • 1 scoop of BPI Sports UK Salted caramel protein powder
  • 50g of oats
  • 200ml of unsweetened almond milk


  • Strawberries
  • 10g of natural peanut butter
  • 5g sweet freedom choc shot


To make your protein oats, you will first need to weigh out your oats, then add them to a bowl, you will then need to add your scoop of BPI Sports Best Protein and mix the two together. Then add your almond milk (you can also use water instead of the milk both work well), mix your oats well and heat in the microwave for one minute! Quick, simple & delicious – give them a try!
